Hand picked from the countryside in the autumn, our sloe berries are rested on our award-winning London Dry Gin. Our Distillers only declare the batch as ready once it has reached its optimal flavour. The result is a truly hand made and delicious sloe gin, with hints of cassis and soft cherry fruitiness.
