  • Ingredients

    1.5 parts Hibiki® Japanese Harmony

    0.25 part peach liqueur

    0.85 part cold extracted 'Gyokuro' green tea

    0.25 part lemon juice

    0.5 part egg white

    2 bsp manuka honey

    Dry shake, then shake with ice and double strain.
