0.75 part yuzu zest syrup
0.25 part Pedro Ximenez
1 pinch of truffle salt
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
peach tea (to smoke glass)

Orange twist
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Smoke glass with peach tea, strain chilled ingredients into smoked glass over ice sphere.
