Kickology is a new collaboration between Kickboxing World Champion Arnold Oborotov x The Blend x industry icon Remy Savage. Designed specifically  for you, our global hospitality community, a unique 12 week digital and IRL training programme. Developed on kickboxing principles and techniques. Focusing on finding better work/life balance, whilst improving your mental & physical flow state.

12 weeks to set your personal goals and see changes in a judgement free space, 12 weeks to create new connections, strengthen the bounds and create a truly supportive community that will last above and beyond

Classes are open to all levels you can come as much as you like, and when you want, you decide! 

Every Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1.00pm from Monday 03.07 until Thursday 21.09
