  • Ingredients

    45ml Jim Beam® White

    2 dashes Angostura bitters

    2 dashes orange bitters

    60ml earl grey tea

    10ml sweet vermouth

    dry ice

    tea infuser (balls worth)

    Method

    Combine all ingredients hot and immerse tea infuse ball with grade five dry ice.
