    30ml Ardmore® Legacy

    20ml sugar syrup

    20ml lime juice

    45ml sparkling wine

    8 mint leaves

    Method

    Add mint, sugar, lime and Ardmore® Legacy into shaker. Shake and fine strain into Coupette, then top with Champagne.
