As part of The Blend’s new online education platform, Luke has curated virtual seminars specifically for trade audiences on a variety of topics ranging from Fermentation, Texture, Seasonality, Fats & oils, Sugars & Acids and Texture.
Within these seminars, he shares years of knowledge and experience of adapting techniques and methods used in his venue today, and transferring them to be recreated at home (or wherever a bartender might be).
