Method
In mixing glass add bitters and sugar and stir together. Half fill glass with cubes ice and add 1/2 whiskey, stir for 10 seconds, fill glass with cubed ice and add other 1/2 of whiskey. Stir for 10 seconds and strain over ice filled glass.
