From innovative pop-up bars, to industry resource ‘Trash Collective’. Kelsey is a true powerhouse known for tackling food waste, her public speaking skills and inspiring new bartender talents. Mentorship from Kelsey can set you up with all the skills you need to plan to make your ambitions a reality.
Leo Robitschek, NoMad (UK)
From Head Bartender at Eleven Madison Park to Vice President of Food and Beverage at NoMad hotels London and LA today, Leo’s motto is ‘Everyone has a voice!’. Get mentored by Leo to learn the importance of a strong team and how to get the most out of each individual.
Moe Aljaff, Two Schmucks (Spain)
Moe’s journey has been driven by his love of creation and craft - leading him to build his own three bars in Barcelona from scratch. Moe will work with his mentee on harnessing creativity - whether it’s creating a perfect bar environment or experimental new cocktails.
Carina Soto, Quixotic Projects (France)
Carina has launched many ventures, including her own bars and hospitality company Quixotic Projects. Along the way Carina has grown her knowledge of ambient design. She is now putting it use creating the perfect environment for her guests to enjoy, while simultaneously creating a great work climate for her employees. Apply to be mentored by Carina to develop these skills, creating a perfect ambience for both your guests and team members.
