Created by Andrew Love at the Three Blue Ducks at the Farm, Byron Bay in 2015.

  • Ingredients

    60ml Baker’s® Bourbon

    30ml lemon juice

    drizzle of fresh farm honey

    dash rosella syrup (float)

    Cherry soaked in bourbon

    Method

    Shake and strain over ice filled glass, add crushed ice and float syrup.
